i am so crazy excited for this new online class! these sweet new owls have been on my mind for some time and i can’t wait to share them with you!
i wanted to create a course that would help you get out of your comfort zone and add color and whimsy to your life. my hope for you is that these owls give you a place to begin, so you can let go, have fun and paint in a style that is unique to YOU.
and it’s the first workshop where i focus on painting faces and eyes, give you a sneak peak at behind the scenes of my life as an artist, and talk a lot more about what i’m doing and why as I paint in my videos.

if you haven’t taken a how to paint an owl 1, it’s not a requirement to take this course. in this class i teach all new mixed media styles and techniques. however, if you love owls like i do, the first how to paint an owl is a great place to start.
