I used to find it hard to part with my artwork.
Now I’ve come to love that the story behind every painting doesn’t end when I finish it.
The story continues outside of my studio – inside schools, libraries, hospitals, offices and homes around the world.
I love knowing that as others view my paintings, day to day, the story continues and constantly evolves, growing into new and even more beautiful inspirations.
Painting and storytelling have always been my passion and I’m so very honored to be able to share my art with you. Thank you!
To celebrate you following your inspirations, I’ve made my Serendipity 2 – Loosening Up class available as a self-paced online course (there’s a fun video below to get you started).
This is a project we create in my Serendipity 2 – Loosening Up class.
I love mixing inks together to get unusual colors that I then repeat throughout a painting collection. If you’re looking to paint more freely and make your paintings look more organic, don’t cover everything up in your painting.
Instead, when you don’t like something, add a thin layer of oil painstick on top to redefine your painting, but keep the underneath layers showing through.
