the overture center is a landmark here in madison, wisconsin. and i’ve been lucky enough to stop in and see my paintings and all of the other gorgeous artwork on display a few times this month… before an incredible Andrew Bird concert and a live taping of NPR’s Radiolab!
and last friday was gallery night here in town, so i was out and about at the opening event…it was so lovely to see everyone!

Congrats sweet Juliette, I'm not surprised your artwork has reached so many and that you are being honored, your paintings and their stories are so beautiful and the message they share with the viewer is that life is precious if we just look a little bit closer and not be in such a hurry to move on to the next thing. I think that I what I love most about your paintings is that express that kind of slow, ebbing beauty. xxxoooo
