Serves 1
1 frozen banana (I freeze them whole, without the peel)
1 cup almond milk (or regular or soy milk)
1 tablespoon peanut butter
3 dates (honey is good too)
2-3 ice cubes, if needed
Add all to a blender, serve and enjoy!
PS. The daffodil is from my garden. The first one to bloom this spring!

thanks for the recipe! I never thought to add peanut butter- which I love- to my smoothies. Got all the ingredients except for dates ( I'm not sure what they are, lol! guess I should go to the bulk section and look around. Some kind of fig maybe?).
I will be trying this tomorrow, yay!

if you can find medjool dates, they're the sweetest and best. but honey or maple syrup is a welcome substitute. enjoy everyone!

Will you marry me?! tee-hee. I LOVE Peanut Butter smoothies. I just made some peanut dipping sauce this weekend! I had the peanut butter hankering. Is there something in the air? Now i'm ready to make this smoothie!
