with all of the changes i’ve been planning to my blog and website, i’ve been thinking a lot about goals and dreams.
sometimes i have so many ideas that it really takes a lot of focus to make things happen. i can come up with lists and lists of intentions, but if i don’t plot out some small steps into my every day or week, then i find i don’t get anywhere.
when i first started to get serious with my artwork and launched my business in 2010, i didn’t think much about planning. i had never planned my life before.
i was lucky enough to be interviewed by beth nicholls of do what you love for her very first podcast. during our conversation she told me how she and louise gale had monthly skype chats about their businesses.
i asked if i could join and from there, my organization began!

last week i came across my goal list from louise’s course BIG DREAMS, SMALL WONDERS. that was one of the first times ever that i set out dreams and goals and logically worked towards them. i was so happy to see i’d really met every one of them. and i’m forever grateful for the inspiration.

i’ve totally been there where i’ve felt like my dreams just can’t come true (the feeling still creeps up on me). here are a few other resources i keep coming back to for direction and inspiration.
but even still, the BIGGEST thing i’ve learned is to TRUST my own gut.
