“I loved all the material in this class. I learned so much more than I expected and each week I felt like I was gaining more direction in my goals. I loved how organized each lesson plan was, especially the weekly worksheets- this helped me so much as it simplified all ideas, information and specific goals. The videos, podcasts and resource list were also very helpful, all the material made me feel like my goals are attainable and not impossible to accomplish!”
