I paint every day and it usually takes 3-7 days for me to finish a painting. I usually have a few that I’m working on at once, so as one background dries, I start a character on another piece. But once I find a character and connect with the painting, I keep working on it until it’s complete.

All of these pieces are inspired by my love of nature, but also the heart-centered-ness I feel whenever I get out into nature – whether it’s to water the zinnias blooming in my garden, to go for a hike around the nearby waterfall or to enjoy a picnic and watch the sunset.

Nature is grounding to me and my hope is that in sharing these paintings you can capture a little of that beauty in your own home, everyday.

Each painting is created and shipped out of Madison, Wisconsin.

All of my originals are protected with a matte, archival finish. Signed, titled and dated on the back.
