It has been so uplifting to gather in person with you this year, and I’m thrilled to partner with UpTrek to offer this all-inclusive retreat in the captivating landscape of the Loire Valley, France.
I want to invite you on this spectacular creative holiday! We’ll be staying in our very own 19th-century château for eight days of freedom-centered creative practices, including a visit to historic Saumur and a magical garden adventure at Château de Villandry.
Throughout this week-long retreat, we’ll explore watercolors, mixed media, acrylic ink, paint, and playful mark-making—drawing inspiration from the breathtaking surroundings with a small group of like-minded creatives who love to paint, just like you! (16 max).
Imagine yourself indulging daily in exquisite French cuisine prepared by a private chef, paired with delicious local wines.
Imagine yourself exploring charming villages, castles, and flower gardens like those in Saumur, and visiting historic sites such as Château de Villandry—soaking up the culture and embracing freedom-focused art.
Imagine yourself wandering through the acres of fruit orchards at our retreat venue, strolling through flower gardens, dipping your toes in the heated pool, or cooling off between painting sessions on the expansive terraces.
Imagine yourself letting go and fully immersing in a week of creativity—learning daily from my 25 years of painting experience, laughing, and sharing with a like-minded group of new creative friends in a warm, supportive community.

With lots of creative sessions and plenty of time to deepen relationships over amazing meals, late-night conversations, pool-side chats, and travel adventures, there’s nothing quite like an immersive retreat experience. I will nurture your creativity, and together we will create paintings full of color and joy.
By the end, you’ll leave with many beautifully layered paintings, along with a sketchbook capturing your adventures in France.
