i love sipping smoothies in the summertime. and this is one of my favorite new concoctions. i was feeling like the sweet, cinnamon flavor of an horchata and made up this recipe, which is not only delicious, and perfect for a sweet tooth, but this smoothie is easy to make and healthy too!
1 frozen banana (i freeze them whole without the peel in a tupperware container)
1 cup almond or rice milk
1 tbs honey or agave nectar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
add a few ice cubes if you like
Add all to a blender, serve and enjoy!
