well, as you read this i am on my way to teach at artfest! i remember last may when i received the email from teesha moore asking me to submit my teaching application. some of my past students recommended me as one of the teachers and i can’t even say how honored i am!
luckily when i got that email, i was attending the do what you love retreat and assisting flora bowley in her bloom true class in yorkshire, england (another life changing experience)… so i had plenty of lovely people around me to share in my excitement!
i’m sure i’ll have lots and lots of photos and stories to share with you when i return from owl painting at artfest next week! i’ve been so busy wrapping up big projects and getting ready for this adventure that i haven’t had a chance to post about so many wonderful things (like my studio makeover and my new series of BIG paintings)! i’m so looking forward to a slower pace in the coming weeks with a lot more painting time and a bit of story writing!
have a wonderful weekend!
ps. if you’re interested in doing a little owl painting in your neck of the woods, i’m hosting another HOW TO PAINT AN OWL online painting workshop, which begins today! Click here for more details and to register!
