favorite holiday decorations & inspirations

i LOVE the holidays and putting up decorations. it makes the entire house feel so cozy.

i know it’s early, but i just had to put up a tree already last weekend. my parents stopped by and we all decorated!

it was so fun to go through all of the ornaments that i’ve had since i was a little girl. of course i have my favorites and there are so many stories and memories behind each one.

this red and yellow horse is my absolute favorite and the ornament that always go up first every year.

this was one of the first projects i created. i still remember sitting and carefully stitching with embroidery floss.

this is always a busy time of year, but i’m remembering to slow down and really enjoy each moment.
